So, I know this saying that I think you might like. It says: You may need an excuse to be sad or depressed, but you never need a reason to be happy (or awesome), so just be happy. I know you probably don't want to hear me say this again, but YOU have to decide that YOU want to be happy. Nobody else can make you happy if you haven't made the decision to be.
